How to Install Brother TN660 Toner Cartridge
- Open the front cover of your Brother laser printer
- Pull the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly straight out
- Press the release lever and slide the old toner cartridge out of the drum unit
- Remove the new cartridge from packaging and shake it gently 5–6 times side to side to evenly distribute the toner
- Remove the protective cap and any sealing tape completely
- Insert the new cartridge firmly into the drum unit until it clicks
- Reinsert the drum and toner assembly into the printer and close the front cover
- Print a test page to confirm correct installation
If printed pages appear light: Remove the cartridge, gently rock it side to side to redistribute toner, reinstall and test again.
